Connecticut wholesaler and restaurant trade groups have filed a joint motion to dismiss the lawsuit Total Wine & More filed against the state over its minimum pricing laws. You may recall, the groups were just recently allowed to intervene in the suit [see WSD 11-16-2016], and they're not wasting any time.
