Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) has scored a win in the trademark infringement suit against Ste. Michelle Wine Estates (SMWE) over the use of the word "Stag." Yesterday US District Judge Richard Seeborg granted TWE's motion to dismiss, with leave to amend.
