Costco has donated another $185,000 in cash to Initiative 1100 plus $107,000 in indirect support, which sets the grand total of their donations at $642,000, according to the Public Disclosure Commission. The proposal would allow retailers to purchase alcohol directly from suppliers, effectively cutting out distributors. So it's no surprise they're pushing that proposal so hard.
