Campari Talks Vodka Pricing Wars
Gruppo Campari just wrapped up its first quarter, ended March 31, and for the first time in its history, Europe accounts for less than 50% of its sales. The Americas became its largest region, representing 45% of the total business - with the US alone representing 20%. This is a good thing for Campari, as the US continued its positive momentum with 7.6% organic sales growth for the quarter. Comparatively, overall organic net sales were down 9%.
