Breakthru Beverage Group has made former Empire Merchants president Lloyd Sobel its evp of commercial development, effective immediately. In this new position he will lead the development of strategic business processes that enhance the company's overall efficiency and productivity, and report to Breakthru chief Greg Baird, per a release.
