In February, we reported that Luxco filed a lawsuit against Jim Beam Brands Co. for breach of contract regarding its purchase of 13 of Beam's brands (including: Lord Calvert's, Wolfschmidt and Bellows among others) in 2013. Since we covered the initial complaint (see WSD 02-18-2014 ), Luxco filed an amended complaint and Beam once again filed a motion to dismiss.
