The Havana Club dispute between Bacardi and Pernod Ricard/Cubaexport continues as Bacardi filed a new complaint this week with the US District Court of DC. The complaint is an amended version of the one filed in March 2004, claiming the Cuban government illegally seized the trademark in the '60s and that Bacardi has more right to the mark since they've been selling the product on and off in the US since the '90s.
