Milestone Brands, the new spirits company created by former Deep Eddy executives Eric Dopkins and Chad Auler, has acquired American Born Moonshine from Windy Hill Spirits. This is the new company's second acquisition, following the announcement two weeks ago that it had purchased Dulce Vida [see WSD 05-17-2016]. The purchase price was not disclosed.
