It is with deep sadness that we report Margrit Mondavi, legendary California wine pioneer and widow of Robert Mondavi, has died at age 91. Margrit started at the Robert Mondavi winery in 1967, and ended her career as vp of cultural affairs. Her love for the arts helped build the Mondavi winery into a showplace for artists of all types.
