WSD has confirmed Kahn Ventures, McLane Company subsidiary, is set to acquire B&T Distributing Company in Tennessee. Kahn Ventures is under Warren Buffet's Berkshire Hathaway umbrella, and is the parent company to Empire Distributors in Georgia and North Carolina, Horizon Wine & Spirits, Delta Wholesale in Tennessee and Baroness Small Estates in Colorado.
