Utah's High West Distillery has snagged two of the spirits industry's most well-known veterans: John Esposito, chairman of Stoli Group North America and formerly Bacardi's North American chief, and Gerry Ruvo, chairman of Campari America. John has been on the High West board of managers since 2012 and will now join High West as its chief commercial officer. Gerry is joining the board of managers, but will remain on as Campari America's chairman.
