Constellation Brands has acquired Schrader Cellars in Napa Valley for an undisclosed sum. Under the terms of the agreement, Constellation will continue Schrader's current vineyard sourcing, pick up its inventories, adding eight Schrader cabernet sauvignons to its fine wine portfolio.
