You may recall, the American Craft Spirits Association, Park Street, and IWSR (along with the help of several other trade groups) have been putting together a massive report on the craft spirits category since 2015. Today the organization let loose a flood of valuable information from the report at an annual economic briefing. There's a lot to unpack from the meeting, so today we'll go over some of the highlights.
