A Host of On-Premise Opportunities

Alcohol on-premise consumption is becoming increasingly dependent on restaurant dining, creating a host of on-premise opportunities for wine and spirits. In fact, 67% of Americans dine out and have a drink every week, nearly double the number of Americans who go out just to have a drink (34%), according to a recent Nielsen CGA report. As a result, restaurants continue to grow in number and take share from neighborhood bars. Restaurants selling one or more categories of beer, wine and spirits has increased 18% over the last five years.
